Health is taken for granted, until you can't any more. In this blog I hope to put down on paper some of the articles I come across and want to remember, about health. I will be personalizing these articles to apply to me. I am diabetic, over weight, have high blood pressure and tinnitus, so these are the things you will find here. Lavarse las manos es muy importante, comer comidas saludables, a veces los dulces de otros paices contienen plomo. Limpiar bueno la casa es importante. A veces la pintura contiene plomo. Los ninos no deben morder las paredes. Pero tambien la pintura puede cambiar a un polvo ye se debe evitar esto. A veces productos para para servir comida como platos y vasos contienen el plomo. La tierra tambien puede contener plomo. Por esta rason debe sacar los zapatos al entrar la case. tambien debe cubrir la tierra.
