Health Is Vital

Health is taken for granted, until you can't any more. In this blog I hope to put down on paper some of the articles I come across and want to remember, about health. I will be personalizing these articles to apply to me. I am diabetic, over weight, have high blood pressure and tinnitus, so these are the things you will find here. I will include nutrition, exercise, and holistic health, and many other ideas. **Violence Against Women

What would be the improvement in the health and quality of life of our women, if we did away with violence towards them.  It is important to remember: Women are not property, they do not belong to you.  There is no excuse for being violent.  If you feel the need to control, then you need to take a look at yourself, and see where you are on the continuum of violence, and take a few steps back.
