· Give your eyes a break…by following the 20-20-20 rule to prevent “Computer Vision Syndrome”. The rule is after viewing screen for 20 minutes look at something at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Health Is Vital
Health is taken for granted, until you can't any more. In this blog I hope to put down on paper some of the articles I come across and want to remember, about health.
